Rockport is the picture-perfect quaint New England seaside town located on the point of Cape Ann. This luxurious, three year old, ocean view, custom home is located in this historic, seaside town. Windows surround the home to take advantage of ocean views on three sides, including a view of the Twin lighthouses. Access to wonderful swimming, fishing and kayaking are located by pathway directly in front of the house. Walk or take a short drive to either the beach or Rockport town center for shopping and art galleries. This 2,600 square foot home has an open, light filled kitchen, dining area, sitting area, three bedrooms, and two baths. It sleeps between six to eight people.
